Simplified Abstract
To enable multispectral capabilities on standard cameras, we developed a dual-band spectral filter array (DSFA) platform for real-time SPR imaging. By using a pixel-shift algorithm and a silicon nanostructure, the system separates light into two channels for ϒ-based spectral contrast analysis. In biomolecular tests, this method improved refractive-index sensitivity by nearly 100 times compared to traditional wavelength-shift analysis. The result is a compact, label-free solution for high-performance quantitative sensing without requiring expensive integrated filter cameras.
