Color Filter changes how sensor sees the light to provide color image in CMOS image sensor (CIS). It converts light into signals and can be used in various devices and applications.
Micro-Lens enhanced light gathering efficiency to improve sensitivity and provide clear image in CMOS image sensor under small to large pixel design.
On chip Multi-Film selects the light band passing into the sensor. General sensors allow light from all range of wavelengths to pass (including UV light, visible light, near infrared).
Core Technology Integration
VisEra is the first optics solution provider who is able to integrate Color Filter, Micro-Lens process (organic material), and Multi-Film process (in-organic material) on one chip.
Image sensor, with VisEra’s Color Filter and Micro-Lens process, is our main product. VisEra’s image sensor technology mainly supports mobile phones, and other applications like automotive and security.
In 2021, VisEra has a huge breakthrough in mass-production of 0.61um pixel size sensor, and we can support up to 200MP resolution. In order to achieve higher resolution and smaller pixel size, we're continuously developing advanced technology.
Optical Finger Print Sensor
Combining our core technologies of Micro-Lens and Multi-Film with our optical design ability, we provide two types of Optical finger print sensor solutions for mobile devices - Lens type and Collimator (ultra-thin) type.

ToF (Time of Flight) Sensor
VisEra offers industry-leading solutions to directly enhance the capabilities of ToF senor including iToF (indirect ToF) and dToF (direct ToF). Along with pure Narrow Band Pass Filter (NBPF), we also have Micro-Lens, and NBPF/Micro-Lens integration process to aid in sensing performance of ToF sensor.
