SWIR Image Sensor

VisEra works with NCTU for developing short-wave infraredphotodetector.

Since 2022, RD in VisEra has been working with Prof.Chih-Shan Tan from the Institute of Electronics, National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University to develop next-generation low-cost and high-performance infraredorganic image sensor techniques. Prof. Tan has been awarded Young Scholar Fellowship, specializing in solution-process semiconductor materials DFTcalculation/device fabrication and characterization. He has published numerouspapers in tier 1 journals, including Nature family, Advanced Material, NanoLetters, etc. During the cooperation with Prof. Tan, VisEra has already gained one patent and one journal paper in a short time.
