Executives

Mr. Robert Kuan
Chairman and Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Robert Kuan is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of VisEra Technologyies Company and Xintec Inc.
Prior to joining VisEra, he was the Director of Special Projects at Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (TSMC), and was responsible for defining and driving TSMC special project engineering.
Mr. Kuan has over twenty years experience in silicon technology. He joined TSMC in 1998 and has held a number of senior management and engineering positions including Director of Fab 8, Director of Product Engineering, Director of the Backend Technology & Service Division, and VP of TSMC affiliate, Systems on Silicon Manufacturing Co. (SSMC) in Singapore.
Mr. Kuan received his Master degree from National Tsing Hua University in 1986 and his Bachelor degree from National Cheng Kung University in 1984. Both are majored in Materials Science and Engineering.

Mr. S.C. Hsin
President

Mr. Hsin joined VisEra in July, 2010. Prior to joining VisEra, from 1999 to 2008, he served as director of QRA for 3 years and director of EBO/RD for 5 years in Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company. From 1987 to 1999, he was responsible for running Philips Taiwan's IC product development and process technology transfer to TSMC.
Mr. Hsin earned his B.S. and M.S. degrees from National Tsing Hua University in 1978 and 1980, respectively, all in Physics.

Mr. Kevin Tsai
Vice President & Chief Financial Officer, Finance & Administration Organization

Kevin Tsai is the Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of VisEra Technologies Company.
Prior to joining VisEra in 2005, Mr. Tsai served as AVP and CFO at WIN Semiconductor Company for 3 years, at Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company for 2 years and at TI-Acer Semiconductor Manufacturing Inc. for 8 years.
Mr. Tsai received his B.A. degree in Accounting from Soochow University in 1986.

Mr. J.S. Wang
Vice President, LED Business Organization

J.S. Wang is the Vice President, LED business of VisEra Technologies Company.
Prior to joining VisEra, Mr. Wang served as VP at HANNspree for 3 years, at Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company for 14 years and at Texas Instruments for 2 years.
Mr. Wang received his B.S. degree in Industrial Engineering from Chung Yuan University in 1983. He has extensive experiences in Semiconductor industry, specializing in semiconductor fab operations and logistics.

Mr. H.J. Tsai
Vice President, Operations Organization

H.J. Tsai is currently Vice President of Operations Organization in VisEra Technologies Company. He joins VisEra since February 2006 and held the positions from senior manager, department manager, fab director and senior director.
Prior to joining VisEra, Mr. Tsai served at SinoMos Semiconductor Inc. for 3 years, at Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company for over 8 years and at Academia Sinica for 3 years.
Mr. Tsai received his B.S. degree in Chemistry from National Taiwan University in 1989 and M.S. degree in Materials Science and Engineering from National Tsing Hua University in 1994.
