Compensation System
- Fixed Salary
- Twelve months of fixed salary
- Year-end bonus of two-months fixed salary
- Bonus
VisEra offers bonuses to encourage excellence in performance, including quarterly bonuses, quarterly incentive funds, and patent and R&D rewards. The amount of bonus offered depends on operating profits, employee performance, and the achievement rate of organizational goals.
